PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
CAMERON REUBER is a litigation attorney
for the firm. He has a diverse intellectual property litigation
practice, handling patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and
unfair competition litigation matters for a wide variety of clients.
He has served plaintiffs and defendants that range in size from
Fortune 100 multi-national corporations to mid-sized domestic
companies to local sole-proprietor startups. His patent litigation
experience encompasses a broad range of technologies, including
pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, mechanical devices, medical
devices, software, and business methods. His trademark and
anti-counterfeiting litigation experience has included protection of
pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, insurance, electronics,
furniture, jewelry, and high-end fashion products.
Mr. Reuber has appeared before 25 U.S. district courts sitting in 10
different federal circuits, as well as the Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit. He is well-versed in every phase of federal
litigation, including first- and second-chair trial experience
before both bench and jury. One such matter resulted in a favorable
jury verdict absolving two Fortune 500 clients of liability in a
patent infringement matter. Mr. Reuber also has extensive experience
mediating and settling matters for clients. One matter, in which Mr.
Reuber counseled a Fortune 500 plaintiff as lead associate, resulted
in a $50 million settlement for the client - at the time, one of the
top 25 patent settlements ever recorded.
