NEW CHANGES TO US COPYRIGHT ACT

Lauren Emerson and Sarah Sue Landau created an informative and easily understandable FAQ sheet on the recently enacted CASE (Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement) Act. The CASE Act instructs the U.S. Copyright Office to establish a Copyright Claims Board (CCB) to serve as an alternative forum to federal courts for resolving certain copyright disputes. The CCB is expected to be operational by mid-2022. CASE ACT FAQ
